I have used isopynic centrifugation to separate each fraction of organelles of Microalgae 
Anyways, I'll try to check the purity of each subfraction
I prefer to use western blot to detect, so I would like to know what the unique protein which antibody can appy
with Chloroplast protein, nuclear protein and cytosolic protein?
